Thronly respects intellectual property rights and the privacy of creators. If you are a creator and wish to have your profile, images, studio appearance data, or any other personal data removed from our platform, we offer a fast, no-questions-asked takedown process with a 24-hour SLA.
Studio Appearance Data
Thronly may list studio appearances (e.g. collaborations with content studios) on creator profiles. This data is fully deletable upon request — no justification needed. Include "Remove studio appearance data" in your takedown email and it will be removed within 24 hours.
How to Request a Takedown
Send an email to [email protected] with the following details:
- The URL of the profile you want removed (e.g., thronly.com/creator/your-name)
- Proof of identity — a Linktree, authorized social profile linking to the email address, or a brief verification message from an official channel
- What you want removed: full profile, specific image(s), studio appearance data, or all of the above
Formal DMCA Notice
To file a formal DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement, provide a written communication to [email protected] containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the infringing material; your contact information; a statement of good faith belief; and a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
DMCA Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice to [email protected]. Counter-notices must include your electronic signature, a description of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address.
