1. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use Thronly. By accessing the platform, creating an account, voting, or uploading any content, you confirm you meet this requirement and that every person depicted in any content you submit was at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created.

2. Purpose of the Platform

Thronly is a voting and ranking platform for adult content creators. It operates on an Elo-based ranking system driven by user votes. Visual material consists of (a) promotional imagery aggregated from publicly available sources, (b) studio-licensed gallery images supplied through affiliate networks, and (c) registered users' uploaded promotional photos. Thronly does not host sexually explicit content. All visual material is restricted to non-explicit promotional imagery (clothed, lingerie, or topless promotional shots without depiction of sexual activity, genitalia, or penetration). User uploads are subject to automated moderation (see §9).

3. Intellectual Property and Creator Profiles

Profiles and publicly available information are indexed for ranking purposes. Creators may claim their profiles or request removal. See our DMCA / Takedown page for removal processes.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Thronly is provided "as is". We hold no liability for the content on linked third-party websites or the consequences of using our platform.

5. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Disclaimer

Thronly does not produce, host, or distribute any depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. All visual material on the platform — whether aggregated, studio-supplied, or user-uploaded — is restricted to non-explicit promotional imagery. Thronly is therefore exempt from § 2257 record-keeping requirements. See our full 2257 Statement.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

Thronly participates in third-party affiliate programs. When you click certain links on creator profiles, Thronly may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are clearly integrated into creator profiles and battle results.

7. Voting System Integrity

Votes are limited per IP address and browser fingerprint to prevent manipulation. Automated voting, vote manipulation, or any attempt to artificially influence rankings is prohibited and may result in vote invalidation and account termination.

8. User Accounts

Account registration requires a valid email address used solely for account recovery, security notifications, and (where you opt in) product updates. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the content policy in §9. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

9. Community Image Uploads

Registered users may upload promotional photos of creators for inclusion in the creator's public gallery and battle system. By uploading an image you:

• Confirm that the image is non-explicit and complies with our content policy (no genitalia, no penetration, no depiction of sexual activity, no minors, no violence, no hate content);
• Confirm that the depicted person was at least 18 years old at the time the image was created;
• Confirm that you own the image or have the right to share it for promotional, non-commercial display on the platform;
• Grant Thronly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, resize, and serve the image as part of the creator's public profile and battle system;
• Acknowledge that uploads are processed through automated moderation including NSFW classification and identity verification (see Privacy Policy §11) before becoming publicly visible.

Thronly reserves the right to reject or remove any upload at our sole discretion. Uploads found to violate this section, the depicted person's consent, or applicable law will be deleted and the uploading account may be terminated. 10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
